What is a KRIMI?
A Krimi is one of the 200 movies produced in the german/central european cultural hemisphere.The most prominent examples are the RIALTO EDGAR WALLACE KRIMIS (1958-1972), the CCC DR. MABUSE KRIMIS (1961-1972) and the early GIALLI (1964-1972) that were produced in Italy with German money for the German market.
On a broader perspective, we do consider all European Crime movies to be of interest as the KRIMIS never existed in a seperate production cloud, but were part of French Spy Movies and Scandinavian Vice films. And of course, they were the birthplace of the Gialli.
So those themes are integral part of the Magazine.

What's your publication schedule?
Once a year, in autumn, the full color 200 pages Magazine will be published.
If there are topics that need more than the max. 50 pages we allow in the Magazine, we will put out a Special (a book) once in a while.
We will publish a complete history and encyclopedia of the Krimi films in yearly installments as KRIMI! THE ENCYCLOPEDIA. The first one will cover the years from 1958-1964.
